Getting arrested in South Texas is the worst place in Texas to be arrested for DWI. Good people suspected of DWI may have to face mandatory blood draws with little consideration for the proper requirements of a search warrant or with no consideration for sanitary conditions. Many police departments are allowing the cop that busts you to draw your blood. Many of these cops have never had the proper training to draw your blood. I;m shocked that a lot of them have only had first aid training. This is yet another example of DWI hysteria! The dog will attack the blood test and expose these totalitarian tactics by the parasite cops.
